We use your Personal Information (PI) for providing and improving the Services. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Information Collection and Use
While using our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that can be used to contact or identify you.
PII may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies (“Personal Information”). No sensitive data will be collected pertaining to health.
Personal data is not just created by a user’s interactions with your site. Personal data is also generated from, but not limited to, technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds.
We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Services, identifying and communicating with our customers, responding to our customers’ requests/inquiries, servicing our customers’ purchase orders/contracts, and improving our services.
There is no established time limit on storing information. The need for the information for future reference expedites communications. If you, the User, desire that your information to be removed from our database, please contact us (privacy@ewblackconsulting). We will remove it in a timely manner because privacy matters. If at any time there are privacy concerns, contact us immediately.
For users that register on our website (if the option is available), we also store the PI they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their PI at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Log Data
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Services (“Log Data”). When you access the Services by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, your location information and other statistics.

Location information
We may use and store information about your location depending on the permissions you have set on your device. We use this information to provide features of our Services, to improve and customize our Services. You can enable or disable location services when you use our Services at any time, through your mobile device settings.
This site may be using GeoLite2 City database, or comparable, (updated monthly) to identify the geographic location of your IP address. This site is saving the IP of the visitors of the last one (1) week for performance reasons. The data is to generalize where sales are originating. The data is purged periodically.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and transferred to your device. We use cookies to collect information in order to improve our services for you.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after approximately one (1) day.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist with spam detection.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact Forms

User input data is transferred through the contact forms on this website, along with various meta data and information about the submissions. The data and information include, but not limited to, time stamp, IP address, and user agent (AKA, browser). Also, third party services may collect information about website visitors.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
